Delivery within Kathmandu Valley is typically 1-2 days after production completion. For outside Kathmandu, please add 2-5 days depending on location.

We recommend sending your design in vector format (AI, EPS) for best results, but we can also work with high-resolution JPG/PNG files.

Absolutely! We encourage customers to request samples to evaluate our product quality. Here's how our sample policy works:

• Standard product samples: Free (up to 3 items), customer pays for shipping
• Custom printed samples: Production cost applies
• Sample delivery: 2-3 business days in Kathmandu
